A lot of people ask me how to start a micro greens growing business in their respective city. So here are some pointers am sure will help anyone new in this field:
Innovation:We have to innovate to grow commercially. In our farm we have innovated starting from Seeds, Sowing Techniques, Sowing Time(afternoon or evening),trays, watering technique, packing.
Patience: Needs lot of patience. The regular grow cycle time of micro greens is one thing, and then to keep testing the innovations and ideas.
We grow in open land with multiple greenhouses, everything naturally. There are multiple greens you can grow, below are the list we currently grow in our farm:
